Public speaking - the world's number 1 fear. Overcome it with EFT.
Sometimes referred to as "tapping", EFT is a gentle yet effective process that has already provided thousands of people with relief from a wide variety of mental, emotional and physical issues. It makes use of acupuncture points but does not use needles. Instead, these points are stimulated by tapping on them with your fingertips whilst using words to help focus on and explore the issue that you wish to resolve. EFT basics are easy to learn and can often be applied yourself. In other cases the help and experience of an EFT practitioner is advised.
EFT may be used in wide range of seemingly unrelated areas. The process is both easy to memorize and to do. Importantly you do not have to "believe in" EFT for it to work, simply suspend your disbelief for a little while and EFT will do the rest. Now you can pull up what is bothering you and deliberately turn it off. Many people from all around the world have already discovered that EFT often works when nothing else will.
The question of how EFT works seems to be a very important for some people, even though they may not know really how many everyday things in their lives work, including their computer! These are my own thoughts on the subject.
