What is EFT?

EFT

Sometimes referred to as "tapping", EFT is a gentle yet effective process that has already provided thousands of people with relief from a wide variety of mental, emotional and physical issues. It makes use of acupuncture points but does not use needles. Instead, these points are stimulated by tapping on them with your fingertips whilst saying words to help you to focus on the issue that you wish to resolve. EFT basics are easy to learn and can often be applied yourself. In other cases the help and experience of an EFT practitioner is advised.

EFT has a very high success rate, often 85% or more in the hands of an experienced practitioner, when used in wide range of seemingly unrelated areas. The process is both easy to memorize and to do. Importantly you do not have to "believe in" EFT for it to work, all you have to do is suspend your disbelief for a little while and EFT will do the rest. Now you can pull up what is bothering you and deliberately turn it off. Many people from all around the world have already discovered that EFT often works when nothing else will.
