EFT "tapping points" quick reference

These are the "tapping points" that I use most often when working with clients over the phone or in person. Anyone who has downloaded Gary Craig's e-book will see that there are some slight differences. That is because of changes in more recent years introduced by Gary and others that have not yet been added to the book.

Top of the head (HD)
Use all of the fingers of one hand to tap the centre of the top of the head.

The following points are best tapped using two fingers together, except for the under arm point where you might find it easier to use all of the fingers of one hand:

Eye brow (EB)
At the start of the eye brow nearest the nose.

Side of eye (SE)
On the bone at the side of the eye furthest from the nose.

Under the eye (UE)
On the bone directly under the eye.

Under the nose (UN)
Above the top lip directly under the nose.

Chin (CN)
On front of the chin, midway between the bottom lip and the end of the chin.

Collar bone (CB)
This is the hardest point to find, but it's not that hard even so. You have a collar bone running across either side of the base of your neck, on many people it's quite prominent, but on others it isn't. Feel along one of your collar bones working in towards the centre of the body. The bone ends and joins the sternum (breast bone), the central part of the rib cage. The point is found slightly below the collar bone just before it joins the sternum. It is not actually on the collar bone.

Under Arm (UA)
Put the palm of your right hand flat on the left side of your body just below your armpit. Slide the hand up until your thumb touches your armpit. The point is beneath your little finger on the side of your ribcage.

Wrist (WR)
On the inside of the wrist about two finger widths below the hand.

The following points are used less frequently:

All finger points including Thumb (TH), index finger (IF), middle finger (MF), ring finger (RF), little or baby finger (LF)
Hold out you hand as if you were going to shake someone's hand: your thumb is on top. For thumb and all fingers the point is on the side of the finger that you can see, level with the base of the nail.

"9 Gamut" point (9G)
Make a fist with one hand. Feel on the top of the hand between the knuckles of your ring finger and little finger, about half an inch (1.25cm) from the start of the knuckles. You will find slight depression here, which is the spot that you are looking for. When the 9 gamut point is used the ring finger is usually missed out to save time, as they are both on the same energy meridian.
